Review: Gloves in a Bottle

At first I thought this was a strange name for a product. But hey, if it works, they can call it anything they want.

As most of you know, I'm a big fan of lotions - hand, foot, face, body - you name it. Being on the airplane a lot tends to dry out my skin. Therefore, I am always carrying some sort of lotion in my flight bag. So when I was asked to review Gloves in a Bottle, I thought I'd give it a shot.

A while ago I reviewed Skin MD Natural Lotion, which I really liked. Well, this one is very similar to that. They both absorb quickly without leaving a greasy feeling behind and the softening results are immediate.

However, there are two major differences. First, this lotion feels much lighter going on. Second, it costs a lot less than Skin MD Natural. I believe an 8oz bottle is only $12.95. Put these two attributes together and I think I will be purchasing this one when my sample runs out.

I’m an artist and I love Gloves in a Bottle. It’s great stuff! I’m not the tidiest of painters so I find myself washing my hands all the time. Despite the paint, oil and thinners I get all over them, Gloves in a Bottle makes it easier to keep my hands clean plus seems to save them from drying up and cracking. It is also fantastic at shielding my hands from any chemicals and dirt so I also use it whenever I’m cleaning the house (not so often!), gardening or doing any DIY and find. Great stuff - I get it from the UK Gloves in a Bottle website - very good service too.
